CREDIT CARD HOLD

Jacq & Jack holds your credit card on file to enforce our Cancellation, No Show & Late Policies. Please read all areas under policies to better understand why we do so.

CREDIT CARD HOLD

Your appointments are very important to Jacq & Jack team members. They are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice by phone for cancellations.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance by email & text message depending on what information you have translated to the front desk. It’s important to leave both forms of contact with the front desk when booking the appointment to ensure we have a way to get in touch with you because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.

As stated above you will receive a 24hr notice prior to your service by text or email, but please understand that software updates, power outages, and system errors can occur during these notices, and so it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and the cancellation fee.

Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

Any multiple services, combos or last minute bookings must be held with a credit card. Multiple services or combos not canceled 24 hours in advance will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. A credit card “HOLD” transaction may be made on your credit card to reserve the appointment time.

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our Jacq & Jack team members’ schedules filled, thus better serving everyone.

Jacq & Jack policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent service for our established and future clientele.

RUNNING LATE

If you are running 15 minutes or less late to your apt please call ahead. If you arrived beyond 20mins late, you may have to forfeit your appointment completely depending on the services booked following your appointments. If we can not accommodate due to high volume on that day than it will result in a 50% charge of the service booked.

REDOS + ADJUSTMENTS

If you are not happy with your results, please contact us at (833)603-3233. Our team will be happy to make small tweaks “redos” within 1 week or less of your hair appointment. This courtesy is not to be confused with changing your mind for a free service. We are happy to accommodate redos if it is in reason, and we will do all that we can to fix any error in quality.

REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds of any kind on services, products or general goods. We strive to deliver luxury services, products, and general goods.

We are exclusive to Oribe & Skin Ceuticals two of the top luxury lines in the Beauty Industry and we proudly stand behind the quality and benefits that both of these lines have produced. No Refunds on either company.

We value the client experience and have set in place guidelines to ensure a professional and happy environment.

KIDS 11 & under

As much as we love children, we ask that you please arrange child care the date of your hair appointment. There is to many liabilities involved in our business to count and it is much safer to keep the kids at home. Plus, it’s far more enjoyable for fellow customers.

We do offer Kids 11 & under haircut and nail services. They must be able to sit for the entire duration of the service booked, and parent cannot be holding the child in their lap during any service. Before or After the service(s) they are welcomed to hang in the coffee shop area with an accompanied adult 18year of age or older.

+ one

We are just as excited for you to experience our mixed house, but we ask that you do not invite multiple friends & family members to hang with you during your services. Our house is designed for the clients and staff and we will reach capacity by allowing each client to bring a +one.

But we do encourage to invite a +one to hang in the coffee shop and peek in from time to time to say hi or see how your service is going.

For those of you who love having your bestie, mom, dad, brother, sister, uncle whoever it may be with you, and this +one policy strikes a nerve with you, than please shoot us an email and arrange for a private event so we can accommodate as many people as we can on a pre-arranged date just for you!

CLIENT BEHAVIOR

We try our very best to please all of our clients. If you have a comment, concern, or complaint. We want to know. Please show respect to your service provider by using calm, dignified speech. Foul language and insults are unacceptable and will get you banned from Jacq & Jack.

DO YOU TAKE ONLINE BOOKINGS?

We currently do not take online bookings of any kind, but you can contact us during our business hours at (833)603-3233 and we would be more than happy to assist you.

gIFT CARDS

We do offer Gift Cards at Jacq & Jack.. Gift Cards must be purchased in person at Jacq & Jack. All Gift Cards are final sale. We do not hold Gift Cards for guests that you may have purchased a card for.

are pets allowed?

We’re huge animal lovers hence the name, but we only allow service dogs in all areas. We do welcome all friendly pets into our Coffee Bar!

how long will my service take?

All services depend on the stylist, tech or barber, but you can certainly discuss that prior to your service in a consultation.

Do you offer Perms or Relaxers?

We do not offer perms but we do offer Smoothing Treatments

Is a toner included in the service?

Toners are an a la carte service and will be added on separate to your ticket.

Is a blowout included in the service?

All Salon Cuts include a styled blowout. All other services do not include a blowout.

Do you do acrylic nails?

We do not offer acrylic nails but we do offer gel services.

Do you carry general goods?

YES! And our Co Founders Tiffany Cameron & Nate Alfonso are creators who strive to bring you much more in the future! Currently we offer Apolis Bags, The Giving Keys, shirts deigned in house by Tiffany Cameron, Mulitple stuffed animals that have a beautiful story behind them + our personal favorite is that we recently made the Primprose Room semi-shoppable. Meaning if you see chairs you like or chandeliers or little small details we can discuss if they are available or steer you in the right direction for the exact same items. Please contact our shop for more information. We also have local pop up artists that come into the space to offer unique prices! So please keep an eye out on our Instagram for events coming your way.

Is this the only location?

Yes. This is the first location for Jacq & Jack, and the first of it’s kind. There are many companies with similar hybrid concepts, but we have yet to see a place that has all six businesses split up under one house being run by one company.

Do you offer Bridal Packages?

Bridal Packages are currently customized per each bride, but we do plan on having set packages in the Primprose Room in the future. Please contact tiffany@jacqandjack.com if you are interested in our events space

Social media is a strong tool for us as artists to showcase our art, but we do not utilize Facebook or Instagram for questions about services, bookings or consultations.
